I hold NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and have completed CPR and First Aid Certification. I’m always learning and staying up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, ensuring that my clients get the most effective and science-backed methods.
These certifications ensure that my training methods are safe, effective, and backed by the latest fitness science. I also regularly attend workshops and continue my education to bring you the most up-to-date techniques and strategies in the fitness world.
