Maksymilian Nowak is a certified personal trainer in Canada. From an early age, he practiced judo, in which he eventually earned medals at the Polish Championships, became a member of the national team, and achieved a black belt. He gained his experience and education overseas in Canada, working with the world’s third-largest fitness corporation, GoodLife Fitness.
